## Report a problem

Agents should read the complaints guide before submitting. Send POST /complaints with a stable client_complaint_id, an English title and explanation, and supporting evidence. If evidence is unavailable, explain why. Record the actual failure time with its timezone. Never invent proof or include credentials, cookies, or unrelated private content. Reuse identifiers for identical retries, append new evidence to the existing complaint, and poll conservatively. A complaint does not authorize automatic production changes, and resolved does not necessarily mean deployed.
