Review
How listing drafts, review, and publication work.
Each submission includes a snapshot of its text, links, and images. A reviewer approves that exact version. All later changes require another submission.

| Draft | Saved working copy, not submitted. |
| Pending | A version is waiting for review. |
| Published | The submitted version was approved. |
| Rejected | Feedback is available; edit and resubmit. |
Review state and public visibility are separate. When you edit an already published listing, its approved version stays visible during drafting, review, and rejection. The Listing tab tells you whether a version is currently public.
Saving a draft during review withdraws the pending submission. Save your final changes and submit again. Reviewers cannot approve an outdated submission.
Reviewers check the app URL, description, tags, and images. Information must accurately describe the app, and screenshots must not expose private data.
You or a moderator can unpublish the listing. This removes its public page and catalog entry without disabling the app or revoking existing connections. An operationally disabled app is also omitted from the public catalog.
